| Thesis Project - Restaurant Arzak - Calification: 9,5 Location: San Sebastián, Guipuzkoa, Spain Description: Restaurant and cooking school for chef Juan Mari Arzak. The concept for the restaurant originated from the idea of what the kitchen should be like proposed by Arzak: “an open kitchen where you can see and be seen". So the project was born from a central point and expands trough the dining rooms towards the landscape and the views of the surroundings. |
